Drivers
Drive for JG Delivery.
Local B2B rush courier across the Kansas City metro and beyond. A real person answers.
Why drive with JG
Straightforward work. Local runs.
- Contractor flexibility — independent contractors, not employees.
- Commercial same-day runs — truck parts, heavy-duty equipment, and mixed loads of all sizes for businesses.
- Clear pay share — typically about half of each invoice; exact split in your agreement.
- Real people — you talk to someone who knows the account, not a call center script.
- Work shops wait on — breakdowns, bay downtime, and jobs that cannot sit overnight.
The work
What the work is
Pickup and deliver truck parts, heavy-duty equipment, and mixed loads of all sizes for businesses across the Kansas City metro and surrounding area — mainly Missouri and Kansas, roughly a 400-mile radius. Signatures and confirmation when required. Delivery only; no construction, install, or repair.
Requirements
What we look for
- Valid driver’s license
- Own a suitable vehicle: medium SUV is the smallest we accept; large SUV, minivan, cargo van, pickup, or Transit Connect-type are fine. No junk. Smaller than a medium SUV is too small.
- Current auto insurance (and any other required coverage); must email updated copies when policies change
- Local to the KC metro / able to work the MO–KS ~400-mile radius
- Reliable hustler: shows up, wants extra work, clean-cut look, answers calls, represents JG well
- Comfortable as an independent contractor
- Pay: typically ~50% of invoice (individual deals can vary)
Not a fit
Who should not apply
- No license, no usable vehicle of the types above, or no insurance
- Not local / can’t cover the area
- Won’t answer calls or can’t commit to a needed schedule

Pay
How pay works
Drivers are typically independent contractors. Pay is typically about half of the invoice; the exact percentage depends on the size of your vehicle and is set in the driver agreement. Vehicle and fuel are the contractor’s responsibility.
The opportunity
Hustle pays here.
Drivers who work hard can make a lot of money. That only holds if you show up, take the work, and represent JG Delivery well.
- Hustle — Extra runs, early starts, late finishes when the shops need it.
- Show up — Every day you’re on. No casual call-ins.
- Look sharp — Clean-cut, professional, company-ready.
- Represent JG — You’re the face of the delivery. Act like it.
